Been using this App for almost a year now and I love it. Easy to use and most important issue: it is reliable ! The service and support is great as I had to use it once. Great alarm clock !

Cant use the app, it currently loads and then softlocks (meaning it loses all functionality, trying to set the time, go to settings, turn on the alarm, all those things dont work). I wonder if they even listen to their QA, or at this rate, if they even have QA... Every update is like app Russian roulette with 5/6 rounds in the chamber. The amount of times the app DOESNT work heavily outweighs the amount of times it does work.

I have been using this app for several years. It continues to work as well as it always did for me...before and after the major update. Not sure I have not had any issue while others have. It is installed on two fully update iPhone 6 and one fully updated iPad Pro. I use it 5 nights a week reliably

I love this app, but the latest version crashes when opening on my iPad. Hopefully it gets fixed.

The behavior of app is broken under ios10. Problems with ringtone selection. Missing alarms on locked screen. Completely useless app right now.

Rise! used to be my absolute favourite alarm. Until the update... All of my previous alarms have been wiped out, the new ones havent rung (I overslept for work). Theres this one alarm Ive never set and its invisible, unable to delete, and it has that grandma phone signal! I cant turn it off because the program crashes every time it rings. Fix it please, ASAP. I need my alarm back.

Worst update ever. Im switching to other alarm app.

Had to change my review as I have missed flight and meetings due to the app being so flakey these days. Shame as my original review read: Hands down best alarm app. Very user friendly.

Used to be my favorite alarm app. Completely undependable since update. Never know if it will go off or not and what sound it will make. An alarm is too important to me to mess with something that may or may not work.

Rise has always been a little idiosyncratic: the UI is well intentioned but confusing (I often accidentally turn off recurring alarms when I merely meant to stop an alarm from going off — Rise makes snoozing an alarm easy but turning it off very difficult). The great redeemer of Rise has been the wonderful alarm sounds that come with the app. Now, however, while you can still snooze an alarm from the notification, the app crashes if you try to turn the alarm off. The only solution is to delete the app and reinstall it. Unacceptable!

The past couple weeks I have missed multiple alarms because of this new lock screen issue. In search of a new app. Disappointed.

This has a beautiful interface and it sounds really great and I really wanted it to work. It doesnt though and I cant uninstall it.

It was a sad goodbye this morning as my longtime alarm clock app met its demise. It has been wonky since the ios10 update but it still seemed to work, despite the removal of the features that made me choose it in the first place. This morning however the alarm lost its mind and needed to be put down. Probably no chance I will download it again since I can no longer select my snooze intervals but I thought Id pop on here and let everyone involved in the redesign of this app know that youre failures, you blew it, find a new profession because this gig is not for you.

Ive been putting off writing a bad review for this app in hopes the dev would make the necessary fixes, but its been weeks so Im warning any prospective buyers: dont bother. Ever since the latest ios update this app is unusable. I wont belabor the facts, just refer to any of the other reviews. Previously I used it every morning, having payed for the upgrades. Not sure whats going on, but dont waste your time or money for this. Its sad

After using this app for a couple of years and loving it...it is now the worse ever after the update. Will never use again. Get it together.

Ive been using this app for around 3 years and it has never disappointed me, until now. So many things are wrong with it now - every time I press snooze after my alarm goes off, instead of snoozing for 5 minutes, it decides that my alarm needs to be snoozed for 24 hours... a bit of a problem. I cant tap the screen multiple times to increase the snooze by increments of 5, I can only snooze for the 5 minutes I have set. If this app isnt fixed soon, Im going to have to find a new alarm clock.

The initial upgrade for iOS 10 was dreadful as many have said. The recent update fixed most of the challenges and so I have put the rating back to 4 stars. This has been a wonderful app for years and I remain hopeful the remaining comments will be addressed soon.

This app does not always work since the update. Im having to use a back up alarm for the days when it decides not to go off. So disappointing

Love the app very clean. I love the fact that youre not out of touch with pop culture. (I always closely read the theatrical update notes)

I have used this app for years and it was my go to alarm app. With the most recent updates it is barely recognizable. It works terribly, is buggy, and sometimes the alarms dont even go off (even though I leave the app open before locking my phone). This morning I woke up to an alarm sound I didnt even choose. Like I said, its barely recognizable. Please just go back to what it was before. It wasnt perfect but at least it was dependable.
