Uninstall, restart and reinstall does not work. Refuses to remember settings. Broken.

I love your app and use it every night, but now for some reason I cant get back into it. The app keeps crashing on me and I dont know why. Please fix it!

The app looks great at first, but doesnt work and is unreliable. Wouldnt recommend this app.

Had to uninstall as many of the features are now broken. Waited for updates to resolve the issues, but they never came. It USED to be fantastic.

Been using Rise for many months, recently encountered some issues that are troublesome. Most importantly, regardless of the settings, it won’t wake to music but rather it vibrates. When I tap the screen to acknowledge the alarm (and only then), the selected alarm song will briefly play for less than a second (Not at the beginning, but several seconds into the song as though it’s been playing the whole time) then stops. Depending on the surface the phone is lying on, this vibrating may or may not wake me up. As an Alarm app, this went from fabulous to unusable. Secondly, and clearly not as important, you removed the sleep music play/stop button from the alarm screen. Starting it can be done in settings (although annoying), but stopping it quickly can’t be done. I was going to write and ask if the standard pause/play back/play forward buttons could be added, but lets just fix this and get it back to a functional state first

I tried to like Rise for a couple years. I gave up trying. Yes, its beautiful. Whatever. Were talking about an alarm clock, so beauty is about 1% of what I care about. I need utility. Lets talk about utility. Setting up Rise for a schedule one time is pretty easy, even more so if you pay a few bucks. The love ends there. Making exceptions to alarm schedules is maddeningly difficult. Critically, if you accidentally whack the wrong part of your phone when the alarm is happening at dark-o-clock in the morning, Rise might well forget about you until the next day. Sorry youre late for work. Rise assures you, I am so intuitive, just swipey this way and that. So beautiful. No. Rise misses the mark. It misses utility as a priority.

Ever since iOS 10 the app refuses to let me use my paid for tunes! Plus alarm time is off. Emailed the dev several times and they keep giving me the same answer, just a thought, I can only remove and install once!!! Do not buy IAP or the app, save your money and spend elsewhere. Edit 11/3/16 The app refused to let me close and operate my phone for 3 minutes! BUYER BEWARE! This tells me there are some serious issues with this app! Edit 1/14/17 Still not worth the price nor IAP. One of my IAP, custom sounds dont even work, even with restore purchase. Alarm still defaults to Grandma Clock, this app is a waste of time and money

Horribly designed app. It is extremely difficult to figure the opaque instructions and becomes a liability if you need to use as an alarm to get ready for work.

I really do like this alarm but it is still in need of some maintenance. The iphone volume icon shows up every time the app is exited and this is after the update.

I read about this app in a magazine and its not worth your time. Its a waste of time and money. I want a refund.

Ive given this app plenty of chances to work to no avail! Please check the reviews and save your money!

Ive been using this app for 4 years and loved it. But its been increasingly unreliable to do the ONE thing it needs to do: to wake me up in the morning. I keep trying to set an alarm and theyll never go off. Its been problematic for me in the past few months and used to work perfectly :(

It becomes amazing when it is in Arabic

I gave this five stars years ago. I loved it, but its not reliable anymore. I always have to set a back up alarm, and thats the only one that works. I waited for updates to correct the problem, but I give up.

...but now it doesnt snooze properly, and if you open it while an alarm is set, it automatically will push it to the next day before it even alarms. Im tired of waking up late. Bring the first version back!

Used to use this app every night but now it just doesnt wake up in the morning and ring the alarm. Uh, if the app cant do that, its worthless.

Very expensive app for a non working efficacy, the alarm never ring! Plus , you have to pay, again, 0,90 if you want to set up your app for a week and weekend use! Very disapointing! Design dont make the all stuff guys!!! I will ask to be payed back DONT DOWNLOAD THIS

This app is amazing ! But there is no sound since iOS9 ! Everything about it is perfect and I mean my words. From the themes to the design, there is absolutely no reason Apple shouldnt be inspired or who knows acquire the idea. Anyway guys : Great. Job.

The best feature of the new version is: "pulled butter cup out of eel infested waters". Hahahaha love it!!
