Rise Alarm Clock App Reviews

When i Restore purchasses the App Becomes unresponsive. Tested on iPod touch 5th Gen iOS 8.4.1 and on ipad 4th Gen iOS 8.4.1

Ive been using this app for over a year and it has worked wonders for me but ever since the latest update the app crashes upon opening. Upon this bug being fixed I will reevaluate my review.

Word of advice: ALWAYS have a backup alarm with your devices clock app. Been using this forever and now suddenly, no crashing or anything, but the alarm doesnt even sound in the morning. It does sound on tests (5 minutes after the current time to see if it works) but doesnt after an entire night has passed with the alarm set. Things like this keep happening with every update with this app, its getting to be really annoying and screwing with my work schedule.

Ive been using this app for 5 minutes and it has already frozen 2 times. Dont believe the hype!

A nice alarm app but sadly unreliable. Under IOS8 (and now IOS9), there have been too many instances when the alarm did not go off. You see the notifications appear on the lock screen but the alarm doesnt sound, even when you make sure Rise is in the foreground. It doesnt appear to be consistent when it will work properly or not.

I like how I can wake up to my own music and all the perks

This used to be my favorite alarm app but on ios9/iphone 6 plus its buggy. The screen freezes when the orientation flips.

While it took me a moment to figure out, Rise is straight forward and fun to use. I like the quotes upon waking up.

Once one of my favourite apps, and was even recommended by Apple at one time. After updates that introduced some buggy behaviour and made it unreliable, Im moving on. While it worked, though, it was a great app.

I bought it a week ago, tested the alarm every morning and it works great ! I like it !

Theres an annoying "feature" that if you shake the phone it changes your alarm time to 5 minutes from now. And it cant be turned off either

If I accidentally shake my device the app cancels whatever alarm I have set and starts a 30 second timer... Not even sure why developers thought that this "feature" could be even remotely useful but its really annoying!

This the alarm app for you. Fall asleep how you like and wake up when you like!
