I really like this app! There are so many features, and some that I thought stood out from other apps like this was the playlist you could make which would automatically stop after a certain amount of time, the visual effects, and the snooze options. Some features Id like to see is the ability to add songs to your sleeping playlist without having to start over, and the ability to set different volumes for your sleep tunes and your alarm. All in all, this is a beautiful, beautiful app, with simplicity and the full package. Bedtime playlist, easy controls, snooze options, and alarm options. They just need some fine tuning, thats all.

I really like this app. Its a great alternative to a alarm clock without the loud beeping that make you jump out of your bed but instead slowly wakes you up with its soothing sound.

Ive used a lot of these type. This one is the simplest ever and the most efficient.

I loooove the design and look of this app, but unless it is the most recently used app or you have it open on the screen, the alarm doesnt go off. I use alarms for multiple things throughout the day so its very impractical to constantly be opening the app just so my alarms go off.

Perfect if you dont care about what time you want to wake up. If you do then I suggest you use a different app.

Tried a few alarm clock apps and Rise is by far the most "clock like" and is easy to use and snooze.

Contacted support but they never responded so I gave them a chance before this review. Shake to snooze on lock screen doesnt work on iPhone 6+. On lock screen, slide notification to left then unlock phone causes the alarm to go off instead of the expected snooze. Only sliding to the right works to snooze. When you are sleepy, how do you expect to get this right?

Great app, unfortunately, since recent update, alarm doesnt go off once snooze is used.

Its intuitive to use, simple but has all the features anyone is going to need. Set time to the minute, multiple alarms, wake to tones or your iTunes. I might be forgetting a few things but this is what I need. The alarm clock competition in the App Store is stupid, these things are practically turning into operating systems trying to out do each other with useless features. Its for waking up people, stick to simple and nice to look at!

Now I absolutely adore this app. Of 3 non preinstalled apps on my phone this has always been one of them. However after the most recent update that supposedly fixed some bugs with iOS 8, the app now immediately crashes after opening. Once this issue is resolved I will be immediately re-evaluating my rating to a 5 star, as I have always loved this app.

Paid for the app a week ago solely because I liked the "new day" alarm tune... Went to set my alarm tonight and found that my favourite tone had been removed as part of an update and is now only available as an additional in app purchase.... How rude and underhanded!!!!

Latest update broke my ability to add multiple alarms. Hope they fix it soon.

I used this App every day to wake up, latest update has broken the App, now the App closes immediately after launch. If there isnt a fix soon Ill have to find another alarm

Elegant and dependable. No ads and no constant upselling. Real numbers instead of faux LED matrices. A pleasant selection of sounds to wake up to. Vexingly, its default display is the alarm-setting function, rather than the time-telling one, and it too easily falls back into the former when all one wants is the latter. There needs to be a slip-proof toggle between the two states.

I wish it worked in the background.

Its a pretty good app. Wish there was more exact options for the alarm, but other than thats its pretty great!
