The application crashes on start-up after the upgrade to v5.0, but the alarms are still active. The only way to mute them is to uninstall the app. Please fix this issue.

This alarm clock comes with the very basic functions and one alarm only for $2.79. If youd like to have multiple alarms or better alarm sounds, you should pay extra. I am very disappointed.

Its intuitive to use, simple but has all the features anyone is going to need. Set time to the minute, multiple alarms, wake to tones or your iTunes. I might be forgetting a few things but this is what I need. The alarm clock competition in the App Store is stupid, these things are practically turning into operating systems trying to out do each other with useless features. Its for waking up people, stick to simple and nice to look at!

After the latest update, the app opens, plays music for two seconds then crashes. Cant get it to work at all. Very frustrating as I have been relying on it for quite a while now.

After hitting snooze, alarm skips the timer and instead sets the alarm for the next day, skipping the snooze and failing to activate as expected. Switched to wake alarm instead.

Since the most recent update Ive found that the alarm occasionally doesnt make any noise. Not a very useful alarm if its silent. Also disappointed to lose the motivational quotes on wake.

App has been glitchy since it updated to its new version. App closes on its own without allowing me to shut an opened alarm. Had to delete the app in order to shut the alarm off!

Even when set correctly and left with the volume and ringer on, this alarm has not gone off on several occasions for me. An unreliable alarm is a useless alarm. The old version was never a problem.

Loved this app until recent updates broke it :( Now, my alarm does not go off until I go into the app and touch the screen, which for obvious reasons, is no good. Ive had a few close calls missing my alarm and being late for work. Back to the iOS alarm until this gets resolved.

It used to be a very aesthetically pleasing and simple to use app that did its job. Since it has been rebuilt in this new version it has been glitchy and unreliable. Use bedtime in iOS10 instead.

I gave the previous version 5-stars and cant wait for this to get back to that. Right now there are far too many bugs in this gorgeous app to merit anything but a single star. I have had to delete the app to turn it off, awoke to the wrong (and jarring) alarm rather than the one I want, and had trouble restoring my purchases. This is a stellar app when working, just wait for the bugs to get fixed.

Not too long ago a big update crippled this app. Ive been waiting for an update to come along and fix it. This most recent update did not. My alarm still does not go off in the morning unless I wake my phone from sleep using the home button. This once incredible alarm is still useless until this bug is fixed.

This was hands down the best alarm on the App Store. Now it crashes constantly, and is incredibly buggy. Since the most recent update, my alarms no longer are able to be turned off, I have to force quit the app every time. The worst.

App no longer works after they revamped it. Sleep right through the alarm almost every time. Therefore there is no longer any point to this app. Snooze now completely turns off the alarm and resets it for 24 hours. Subsequent attempts to fix bugs have only made it worse. The latest bug fix has eliminated the actual alarm melody and it now makes a single ping like a text notification. You better be a really light sleeper to catch that quick ping. This app used to work flawlessly before someone decided to mess with it or "improve it". My recommendation to existing users is to uninstall it until the developer gets their act together and for new users NOT TO WASTE THEIR MONEY with a purchase until they officially own up to the failed update, apologize for it instead of advertising it as improved (but requiring weekly bug fixes that dont fix anything) and indicate that they have restored performance and features to original standards.

Have had many bugs since the major update. I can no longer open the app and my alarm constantly goes off, I cant open the app to turn it off so I had to delete it. Even after reinstalling it doesnt open

UPDATE II: The most recent version has corrected a couple of issues, so one more star. The app still does not allow sleep tunes to start from the home screen - the biggest UX failure. At random times the greeting welcomes me to Rise as if Ive never used it before. Maybe after a couple more updates theyll get it right. It appears people are passionate about this app as they actually use it and just want it to work as it used too. UPDATE: The Sept 21 update has not improved matters, but made them worse. Now I am unable to dim the clock screen. Once again I have uninstalled and reinstalled. This once great app is going down the tubes... I have used this app daily for years until this update. The update has killed the usability and stability. 1. The app keeps losing information. Sleep tunes do not stick. I have tried the "uninstall-reinstall" method the developers suggest. It did not help. 2. You used to be able to launch sleep tunes from the alarm screen. Simple... set the alarm, click the play button. Now sleep tunes start is buried deep in the setings and is a nightmare to launch. Return the front screen play button. The app is functionally useless until these items are fixed.

I use to love this app but lately, every update broke the app. I do use an older phone but everything was working until a couple of month ago when the update started to mess thing up regularly. Today, the app wont even open anymore but the alarm do off every 5 minutes !
